Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Kammoun Academy is a service fully owned and operated by MAJDOUB TUTORING LLC. We strive to ensure total customer satisfaction, and this policy outlines your refund rights.

2. Money Back Guarantee (7 Days)

We offer new subscribers a risk-free trial. You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment date, provided that:

• This is your first subscription with us.
• You have not used more than two (2) lessons from the package credit.
• The refund request is submitted in writing via official email.

3. No-Show Policy

Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In case of student no-show without prior notice, the class is considered paid and cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed and returned to the original payment method (bank card) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank's procedures.
